Orientation Meeting will be held in the lecture theatres of the deanship building. The meeting will start at 09:00 A.M. and end at 13:00 P.M. We are planning to offfer coffe-and-tea break for the morning between 10:30 - 11:00 and a small launch for the afternoon between 12:00 - 13:00. 

After the Orientation Meeting,  an university tour will be arranged to make sure that our students know our campus buildings such as depeartment, center cafeteria and library, In addition, it is important to remind you that the 5. Item of the  Student Counselig Article request us to create a private file for each student with their photography. Hence, we are kindly asking you to biring an photo to the meeting on 23 September 2014.
