- who respect democratic, ethic, and cultural values,
- who are sensitive for environmental issues for Turkey and the earth,
- who are scientifically literate,
- who feels the responsibility of shaping future's generations
- who are open to change, development, updates to needs of contemporary living standars
- who follows the international improvements,
- who tries to move existing science teahing standards one step beyond.
