The quality of olive oil is affected by the entire process from harvest to pressing and bottling.
For this reason, some parameters that determine the quality of olive oil become important.
In this context, olive oils obtained by producers are now transported to long distances and analyzed.
It can be carried out within HUBTAM without having to be registered.
