4th International Virtual Reality Conference Held Successfully

Our Dean of Engineering Faculty Prof. Dr. Hüsamettin Bulut, our Deputy Dean Assoc. Dr. Fatih Dilekoğlu, scientists and academics from different countries of the world participated.
At the conference, our Dean of Engineering Faculty Prof. Dr. Hüsamettin Bulut, our Deputy Dean Assoc. Dr. Fatih Dilekoğlu, Head of the 4th International Virtual Reality Conference Assoc. Dr. Dursun Akaslan and Prof. Dr. Ramesh Sharma gave keynote speeches. Our Rector Prof. Dr. Mehmet Sabri Çelik also conveyed his support via social media to the 4th International Virtual Reality Conference, which was held under the leadership of the Faculty of Engineering.
During the 2-day conference, 14 invited speakers and 27 papers presented their presentations online. Asst. Prof. Dr. Mehmet Umut Salur from Gaziantep Islamic Science and Technology University made his presentations both face-to-face and online. At the conference led by our Engineering Faculty, a total of 41 participants from Brazil, Ghana, India, Oman, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Italy, Peru, Mexico, Portugal, Romania, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, Tanzania, Venezuela, the United States and Turkey.
The presentation was broadcast both live and on the Youtube Channel. In the 4th International Virtual Reality Conference, a wide variety of presentations were made, from education to health, tourism to smart cities, as well as topics such as 3-dimensional animation, visual effects, video games, virtual reality, augmented reality, and 3-dimensional printing. All of the video recordings have been published as open-source so that the presentations can always be accessed on the Engineering Faculty Youtube Channel.
