The proposal of the Harran University Rectorate to open a Software Engineering Department and a Software Engineering Department within the Faculty of Engineering was examined at the Higher Education Executive Board meeting dated 04.11.2020. The proposal in question was approved by the Higher Education Board based on Article 7 / d-2 of Law No. 2547 as amended by Law No. 2880.
